Quality Control Manager
Ensures that the product is designed, procured and installed in accordance with client and or company quality requirements.
Makes frequent decisions using sound quality assurance principle and professional independent judgment and has the ability to perform as a an expert in the field.
Supporting operations and project management in the implementation of the JESA Quality Management System (QMS) with the objective of assuring compliance and continual performance improvement.
Responsible for ensuring JESA and the client's company policy for product/service quality, quality assurance and quality control is consistently complied with in line with our contractual obligations.
Ensures all work activities associated with the local QMS accreditation are maintained and delivered for Business/Project.
Interfaces with the JESA Management teams to provide guidance and training in the execution/application of work processes.
Coordinated or manages the timely completion of quality deliverables including Project Quality Plan, Internal and 3rd party Audit plan, Client Expectation and Satisfaction Surveys, Performance Improvement initiatives, facilitates Risk Analysis and Lessons Learned sessions, and complies necessary corporate and/or Project reporting.
Manage and coordinated the identification and implementation of Performance Improvement activities across the business and/or Project, including analysis of information generated from Client Surveys Audits.
Coordinates with other functional managers to ensure implementation of project guidelines, contracts and other related procedures.
Must have thorough knowledge of quality assurance/control methods, practices, international codes and standards and procedures.
Ensures project quality objectives are met. Responsible for obtaining the necessary resources to plan and execute the work.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Management.
Diploma in Engineering.
Should have Lead Auditor certificate in Quality Management System.
