Inside Sales Manager - CSB France

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for DELL CSB strategy execution, through the management of Inside Account Managers. He must translate the global strategy to a specific action plan that will serve to achieve the team’s targets and company expectations. This leader should contribute to the segment growth by driving efficiently his own results, by being an inspiring leader for his team and the organization, by delighting his customers, and finally, by being actively involved in different segment projects.

Accountable for the day-to-day sales activities to reach targets: revenue, margin, growth …
Understand well the strategy and be able to translate it to an action plan
Collaborate across the various CSB go-to markets strategies to better serve the customers: Chat, Queue, Outbound & a relationship environment // Direct & Channel
Hire & Coach the team
Manage the performance at an individual level
Collaborate with our support teams in the service of the team’s needs
Show a strong Business acumen to help the team grow & participate directly to some customers discussions
6+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Excellent communication skills in French and English is a plus
Leadership potential - Leadership experience is a plus
Able to communicate around DELL technologies strategies
