The Project Program Management Consultant manages projects in the Global Call Center Operations (GCCO) team from initiation through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, measuring & driving progress to bring distinct, specific Global Service Contact Center projects to completion on time, within budget and high quality. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Telephony implementations, call routing, site movement and contact center operations.
Typically responsible for large sized or complex projects and significant components of multiple projects
Impact is on multiple functions or processes and could have global impact
Make decisions on resource procurement and allocation and manage to on time and in budget delivery
Identify and allocate resources as necessary to ensure deliverables are met
Evaluate and implement best practices techniques that ensure goal achievement
Influence and manages continuous improvement of project/program process, practices and initiatives
Maintain in-depth awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet program delivery requirements
12+ years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree; or 8+ years with a Master’s degree; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience
Resource management and Solution design ability
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Advanced communication, problem solving and presentation skills
Advanced product/technology/industry knowledge
Ability to lead large project teams and communicate clearly and present at the senior leadership levels
Ability to work in a team environment and detail oriented and influence others to achieve results
