Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Dell EMC Consulting Services Leadership team globally to identify and prioritize educational requirements for the services selling roles (CSDs, Solution Principals, and Proposal Consultants)

  • Conduct organizational level, program level, and individual level needs analysis to identify development needs and target program development.

  • Lead cross-functional teams and subject matter experts in the establishment, planning and implementation of multiple projects and/or programs.

  • Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, success criteria, measurements, and communications.

  • Organize project activities and cross-functional meetings; ensure communication, facilitate completion of the program/project on schedule and within budget.

  • Monitor programs to ensure business objectives and project/program deliverables are met in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Define project performance reviews and post implementation evaluations.

  • Provide data analysis to measure and report on progress towards program/project goals.

  • Develop communications, presentations, messages and project/program status to appropriate parties.

  • Communicate project/program status, issues, results, and impact to local and senior management.

  • Work closely with internal team members to establish, document and maintain consistent processes and best practices.

  • Strong understanding of Services delivery roles and functions within a consulting organization.

  • Functional comprehension of the DellEMC portfolio.

  • Experience in instructional design, adult learning theory, e-learning, classroom learning and experience working with SMEs in the design of learning programs.

  • Strong Project and Program Management skills.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to run reports and provide data analytics to our stakeholders.

  • Able to manage projects from inception to completion.

  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work/communicate with all levels of the organization.

  • Extremely high attention-to-detail and ability to see the big picture.

  • Excellent planning, time management, prioritization and organizational skills.

  • Positive, proactive and able to always exercise great judgment.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience Required: 3+ years Learning & Development, 3+ years of significant program management experience within a corporate environment.
