We’re seeking a SeniorMarketing Manager in our Morocco office. This positionwill be part of a critical marketing leadership position looking after the cluster of key growth markets in the region.

The main responsibilities of the position include:
The achievementof prescribed marketing and financial targets for assigned countries, corridorsand initiatives. You will contribute to the overall growth of the assignedbusiness by leading specific projects and effectively cooperating withstakeholders in others. You will be expected to lead market and consumeranalysis, strategy development, campaignimplementation and evaluation.
Maximizing theassigned resources by ensuring that the correct strategic priorities arepursued with synergy and scale in order to deliver optimal profit. Moreover,you will navigate across internal and external stakeholders and must thrive ina global matrix, interconnected organization.
You will be the voiceof the customer in the organization and you will develop extensiveunderstanding of market and customer dynamics and insights and translate theminto cutting-edge go-to-market strategies.
You have willhave to drive execution for the overall region and champion the major growthinitiatives – product and channel marketing such as launching of Accounts-Basedservices/products, Customer Experience enhancement, and development of CRMstrategy.
What you willneed to succeed:
Qualifications and experience:
Tertiaryqualifications and/or a Master’s Degree with at least 10 years’ experience inconsumer marketing, trade marketing, channel and brand management with regionalexposure gained from FMCGs, Financial Services, Telecommunications andTechnologies sector.
Extensiveexperience in developing and executing marketing programs, with good projectmanagement, communication and presentation skills.
Asuccessful track record on digital, socialmedia marketing and displayed acumen on e-commerce in general would bebeneficial.
Previous experiencemanaging digital agencies.
You have taken onleadership of the Omni-channel strategy for the markets assigned to youleveraging the pipeline of new channel introductions around digital, socialmobile and e-commerce.
Excellent spoken and written French English a must and Arabic will be aplus.
Knowledge of standardbusiness technology (MS Office programs), audio and videoconferencing facilities).
Ability to multi-taskefficiently and produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.
