Installing, Configuring and Managing AD/DHCP/ DNS Services.
Creating Group Policies and implementation as per standard procedures.
RAID Configurations and Disk management utilities tools.
Managing the User Creation and Terminating Process.
Creating and managing the groups.
Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the servers.
Performing Server builds.
Install of Tooling, Backup Software, system management components.
Management of IP Reservations.
Maintenance of DHCP Scope Options.
WINS Server Maintenance.
Perform Security Health Check of Windows servers and other compliance related activities.
Maintaining and updating the active directory OU and policies.
Managing file and folder access permissions.
An understanding of virtualization technologies a plus.
Remote Desktop Administration.
Good written and oral communication skills
Candidate ProfileFluent in English / French / Arabic.
Good verbal/written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with associated TSM server installation and administration.
Good experience in Backup/Storage Technical related roles.
Good in product oriented skills and troubleshooting experience in TSM backup technology.
Deployment and Administration knowledge in TSM
Knowledge on configuring TSM Policy, Storage pools, administrator and client schedules.
Strong knowledge on configuring LAN Free backups, VMware backups and Disaster Recovery Manager (DRM) for TSM
Strong knowledge on Configuring Tivoli Data Protection for Oracle , SQL , SAP ERP, Exchange and Lotus.
Good knowledge in troubleshooting TSM server and client issues.
Worked on Disaster Recovery Manager Drill activity.
Worked on IBM Tape Libraries and EMC Data domain.
Worked on all kind of restore activity in TSM
