Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be providing direct marketing over the phone or through partners of Dell's products or services to a medium-sized target, primarily by managing a portfolio. Your main tasks will be to:

• Implement efficient account management to ensure continued growth in your customer portfolio

• Promote and enhance the offering of Dell Products & Services

• Provide customers with technical and administrative information on the Dell offers, in coordination with the various Support functions

• Provide them with the necessary business proposals to achieve sales targets

• Ensure the satisfaction and follow-up with customers

• Establish professional relationships within each account with key contacts such as general management, purchasing managers or IT managers, end users and consumers

• Generate excellent customer satisfaction to build customer loyalty and encourage them to promote Dell products

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Sales

• Excellent communication skills in French in both verbal and written

• Good computer skills

• Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, Internet)

• Process analysis and problem solving skills
